The group aims to:
- Support and advise group members who are ready to start exploring their family tree
- Help each other find ways around "brick walls" in our research (and we all come across them)
- Examine broader questions of social history and the impact on our families
- Share what we've discovered through short presentations to the group
We also hope to bring in outside speakers, undertake group projects, go on visits, and pursue other ideas suggested by our members.
