You are invited to a guided walk around Mill Lane Meadows, Sherfield English, presented by Test Valley Borough Council, on Monday 28 September 2026 at 1.15 p.m. for a 1.30 p.m. start.

Previously used as agricultural land for hay crops and cattle grazing. The site has been taken over by the council for management as a public open space. Mosaic of grassland, wetland and Carr Woodland which creates beautiful scenery as well as wonderful habitats for a variety of wildlife.

The walk will last about 1 hour and follows a route around the meadow with stops for explanations along the way.

Refreshments will be provided afterwards at Sherfield English village hall, where discretionary donations are welcome.
