Romsey Archway

Guys and Dolls

On Wednesday 10th July a group of Archway Theatregoers went to see Guys and Dolls at the Mast theatre. The sets looked professional and costumes throughout were well-matched to period and character. From beginning to end the choreography was excellent and the large cast threw themselves into their roles with gusto. All the principals had strong singing voices and were thoroughly convincing. We felt particularly for Adelaide and Sarah as they tried to resolve their tricky love lives.

Altogether, the standard was so high it was hard to believe that  this was an amateur production.

We all enjoyed the evening enormously and look forward to the next show by this hugely talented company.
